Testosterone for vegetarians?!

Question: Testosterone for vegetarians?
Hi can vegetarians have the same amount of testosterone as omnivores such as myself (I'm considering switching if they can) because personally I take great pride in my testosterone levels (I'm 15) and a have a libido I don't want to lose. How do vegetarians do it? Without soy? Do they take supplements like whey protein or something?
What animals are there that'd kill humans so I'd take pride in eating them rather than going vegan?

I dont think eating a healthier diet will decrease your energy levels.

Interesting.

You can get a good source of testosterone from foods containing zinc such as beans and grains. No need to supplement whatsoever.

The vast majority of animals that humans eat are herbivores. The only carnivorous animal that I can think of that humans eat is fish...but then again human meat isnt exactly a large part of the food chain.

You don't really have to worry about testosterone being a vegetarian. Omnivores have higher levels of testosterone, but it isn't normal. Vegetarians have slightly lower testosterone, but that is around the normal level. Plus, vegetarians have a lower chance of hair loss.

if you are a healthy male, your body should produce all the testosterone you need.
the only reason you should worry is if you have medical conditions or complications.
