Can you go raw, or vegan, or vegetarian If you have a Nut, Soy and Slight bean allergy?!
Answers:
Well, it does wipe out some of the major sources of plant protein. A healthy vegan diet could be a real challenge. (And All Hail, do you realize that tofu is a soy product?????)
However, if you are open to the vegetarian, rather than vegan, option, then eggs and dairy products could be a great source of protein and healthy fats.
Personally, my moral beliefs do not conflict with being an omnivore, so I think you should give serious thought to keeping your sister on an omnivorous diet, including moderate amounts of meat. But if that conflicts with your parents' moral beliefs, then while she is a minor, they could make do with a vegetarian diet.
Actually, going on a completely raw diet is incredibly good for your health--except for the protein factor. You have to get protein in some way or form (the easiest way is, obviously, meat) as vegetables and fruits do not have any. I would recommend that, if you are serious about going completely raw, looking for some kind of protein powder or shake that does not have anything your sister is allergic to. However, if you are going to be a vegetarian, tofu would help you get all of your protein and you would be able to consume foods that have been cooked--just as long as your sister isn't allergic to anything in them, obviously. The best thing you can do is to simply read the nutrition facts and be cautious about what you let your sister near, and you should all be find.
Best of luck!

Prpbably. I can't say for sure about your sister, but many people with nut allergies have are allergic to the processed nuts with the oils etc, not to the raw nuts. You would need to seek medical/expert advice before making a decision for sure. Vegetarian would not be a problem, raw shouldn't be a problem either as you can avoind these products and still have plenty to eat. Not sure about vegan as I just don't know that much about it, but I would imagine even if she could never have nuts or soy products there are still plenty of things she could eat.
No.
Most of the foods that vegetarians/vegans use for protein (instead of meat) are either nuts, legumes, or soy.
There are no other alternatives.
meatless protein sources: eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, quinoa, cottage cheese, whey
eat meat ...who are you to decide what your baby needs i mean just because u dont eat meat doesent mean u cant freed it too your kid to ensure she grows up strong and healthy
but as far as alergys go this guy below me said something about nuts and oils ...idk hes wrong when ur allergic too nuts it is the protien in the nuts that make you allergic so most people don't know this but they can eat peanut oil but not peanuts any nut could be potently fatal and shouldn't be risked
