Why are vegans trying to starve themselves?!

Question: Why are vegans trying to starve themselves?
By being ignorant of human metabolism and denying the fact that they are a member of an omnivorous species and depriving themselves of essential proteins and ammino acids

Answers:

its so ironic because you call US ignorant, and yet you spew out total uninformed bullshit. provide one reliable source that supports any of your claims.

"ignorant of human metabolism" , eh? I'm pretty sure my metabolism is fine and dandy as it always has been.

Protein is literally in every food, but some good sources of it for vegans are nuts, legumes, fungus, whole grains and beans. Amino acids are not hard to come by for a vegan as well...they are the building blocks of protein and can be found in any of the aforementioned sources. If you're referring to complete proteins, soy is a great source as it contains all of the essential amino acids.

Speaking of ignorance...here's a bit of reading material for you:

It's not that vegans are trying to starve themselves. For most vegans, it's not even about that at all. If you want to point fingers.....I can say, you're depriving innocent lives by being a meat eater, when you can obtain essential nutrients elsewhere. So tell me again, who's the ignorant one here?

Why are omnivores trying to reveal their ignorance?
By being ignorant of the human metabolism and denying the fact that they are able to live healthy without the use of meat since they got many source of protein, iron, and etc.

Will you please specify which amino acids are not available in the vegan diet? Do you know something the American Dietetic Association doesn't?

How do you know omnivores aren't being ignorant to being a member of an herbivorous species?

Educate yourself on being a vegan before you start your rant. A "proper" vegan diet will contain all the necessary nutrients needed for a perfectly healthy body.

complete amino acids
beans + grains
grains + seeds or nuts
seeds or nuts + beans
mix and match
