Couldn't hurt. Bell peppers are also high in vitamin C.

Um, if you haven't considered it, it could be your shampoo might not be helping you either. I've been using the baking soda/vinegar no 'poo method instead of using shampoo, and it's helping a lot with the hair loss that I've had. Shampoos are really, really harsh on your hair. And they're pricey. :P Baking soda and vinegar don't cost that much.

What I do is put a tablespoon of baking soda to a cup of water in an old shampoo bottle and use that to wash. Then I follow with a vinegar rinse (same ratio as the baking soda) in an old conditioner bottle. I've also added a few drops of lavender oil to the vinegar to make my hair smell nice. Your hair also won't have a vinegar smell once your hair dries.

I'll put a link for you. :3

As others have said, it can't hurt, although the chances of it making a significant difference are slim, sorry to be a killjoy.
You should focus more on natural hair growth remedies. There are many site that offer great products, including the American Hair Loss Association.
I would definitely read up on some hair loss articles, be certain of exactly what kind of hair loss you are suffering, and thus be better prepared to deal with the issue.
Good luck.

Yes! Vitamin C does increase iron absorption, also be careful about taking calcium with iron as it limits the absorption. You can find different foods that help with it online but fruits high in vitamin C are very effective

Hair loss could associated with dieting, lifestyles or generic. Using shampoos or cream or some pills do not cure the cause. It only increasing your stress, right? I tried non drug herbal alternatives.
