Pure Desi Ghee is produced from Indian breed of cows and buffalows and not a foreign breeds. They use this ghee in manufacture of sweets and in currys



In western world it is called Clarified Butter oil and India, Pakistan and bangladesh it called as deshi ghee. a products of milk mostly yielded from Cows, buffaloes.
Fat contents remain very high hence a Bad cholesterol producing, if not consumed in moderation



Desi Ghee means Ghee produced from natural milk of Cows or Buffalos.
Any other substitute like Vanaspati, Vegetable oil, Animal fats are not part of Desi Ghee.
