You'd have to get protein and iron from somewhere... My best suggestion is to try eating eggs and tofu more.

Being a Vegan isn't easy. So try to cut down SLOWLY to train yourself into this new lifestyle.

You do not need to wait until you are certain age to be a Vegetarian.
My sister is one and she is 11 years old.
You can get plenty of protein from eating Tofu, Soy products, Beans, Nuts, and other certain things. Other vitamins and essentials you will definitely need are from Greens, spinach, broccoli, and other things like that.
Becoming a vegetarian is a good choice because it can cut the bad habits out of your life that most adults have trouble with if you are trying to become vegetarian.
JUST REMEMBER THOUGH....if you are a veggie for a certain amount of time, if you decide to turn back....regular meat will make you feel sick! But there should never be a time for turning back!

I became vegetarian when I was 11.
I had a blood test recently and it's better than it was before I became vegetarian.
Just make sure you take a multivitamin. And eats lots of tofu, potato and spinach.
If you need to convince your mom, find a really touching video online about becoming vegetarian.
Also tell her that you are cutting your risk of food poisoning dramatically. YOU CAN DIE FROM FOOD POISONING.

I'm vego.

Go for it! Really. You can get so much protin from other things! Website for you PETA2.com
Website for your mom PETA.com
It's not only good for te animals, it's good for you too! The cows (for example) you used to eat have been given a shot with hormones to make them grow big and fat. Gross! Who wants to eat that?

I'm vegan. And I get more protin the the avridqe person

then do it. get your nutrients from elsewhere (not meat)

I'd recommend you let your body develop before you make
such a decision, could have detrimental effects on your growth.
