Porridge with honey banana and milk (I use alpro soya)
Fruit salad with yoghurt
Smoothie
Vanilla yoghurt and honey
Whole wheat bread with jam/PB/ homey etc etc
Boiled egg
Plan 1 :Orange juice 250 ml, 2 slices whole wheat bread, smoked turkey meat, peanut butter or cheese slices
Plan 2 : coffee 250 ml , ham and eggs, 2 kiwis
ps, The best breakfast time is 7 to 8 o'clock.

Multi-grain cheerios with banana and blackberries or when im in the mood, raspberries and blackberries with soy milk =)...
Eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes w butter & syrup,
orange juice, milk, coffee & a ham steak!
Oooh,...can't forget the hash browns!
How about a nice bowl of Porridge,you can change it each time by adding things like jam or hony ect.
Oatmeal and a banana and a glass of Milk or eggs and a piece of toast. They say eggs are good for you now.
1 hard boiled egg, 2 slices of whole wheat toast & a glass
of apple, grape or orange juice. :)
