Of course Cashew Butter !!!!

Cashew Butter has a "rich" flavor, is a popular sandwich spread, and can be used to make soups, sauces, and dips.

Related to pistachios, cashews are said to have originated in Brazil, although they are now mainly grown in India and Africa, with India producing 90% of the world’s cashew crop. Cashew nuts are always removed from their shells, known as "apples," and treated to remove a caustic oil that is natural to the cashew. For that reason, cashew nuts are always sold shelled and dried. Even so-called "raw" cashews have actually been roasted to remove this toxic resin.
Cashew nuts can be eaten as snacks or used in combination with other foods such as salads and desserts.

They are commonly added to Indian cooking, such as curries and rice dishes. When adding cashews to hot food, they should be added just before serving since they soften quickly when cooked.

In addition to using cashew butter as a sandwich spread, its rich flavor makes it an ideal alternative to cream when thinned with liquid. It can be used to make soups, sauces, and dips. It is especially good in Indian dishes and curries. Because cashew butter is an unprocessed food, the oil and solids sometimes separate in the jar but can easily be stirred together before use.
Our nut butter varieties are high in protein, nutrients and unsaturated fats, low in saturated fats, and, of course, no cholesterol or trans fatty acids. In addition, they are important allies in decreasing the risk of heart disease.

Sunflower seed butter. :P I know that's not what you asked, but that's my input because that stuff is DELICIOUS!

Cashew butter, hazel butter, Brazil butter, almond butter. I'm not a big fan of almond butter.

I haven't tried hazelnut butter or brazilnut butter, but cashew and almond butters are awesome. One that'd I'd really like to try is macadamia nut butter! Costs so much, though, that I haven't bought any yet.

brazil butt (that one tops, as I don't know what brazill buttER is, butt brazil butt sounds lovely)
almond butter (white one rocks!)
hazel butter
cashew butter (cashew nuts are evil and toxic, especially when used in Pesto = wrong).
