Its just whey protein you can take 2g per lb of body weight. so two scoops is nothing! as a post workout you should just take two scoops and lots of post workout carbs to repair your torn muscles so they can get bigger. You dont grow muscle in the gym you grow it during rest so i suggest is as much as you can then trim the body fat later.
I think if you're just starting out you shouldn't overdo it. I would stick with one and maybe ask your doctor if you should even be worrying about bulking up at your age. You might not need the whey stuff if you're just trying to bulk up a little and don't care about being arnold schwarzenegger.
PS: I know people who when they take this stuff it gives them bad acne, so I'd be careful. I've actually recently stopped drinking milk (which, the whey protein is like super concentrated milk), and it made all my acne go away- so that's just something else to consider.
