I didn't notice any difference with my lips. My lips are quite dark and I was vegetarian for 3 years and have now been vegan for a year.
Pale lips aren't a normal ''side-effect'' of being vegetarian. Like others have said, you may not be having enough iron. It CAN be caused by iron deficiency but can be something else altogether. If you don't see any difference after increasing your iron intake, I'd suggest a check up at the doctor.

I had that issue at first you probably are not getting enough iron that was my problem i started eating foods with more iron and they brightened right back up

Eat some spinach, brocolli and lentils and it should fix itself. You could go to your doctor and get a blood test if you're worried.

Your lips probably went pale because of the cold lol.

Mine are normal.
