Good health, any recommendations?!
I am planning on drinking Yakult in the morning and Dutch Mill in the evening.
I also want to eat SkyFlakes Fit (Oat Fiber) during evening.
And eat some food that can be sold at Healthy Options during weekends as my snacks.
And eat rice during lunch.
Is this a good dieting? :)
Any recommendations?
Because I have heard somebody that eat breakfast like a queen, eat lunch like a commoner, and eat dinner like a beggar.

Try not to diet, just eat lots of vegies & fruits, cut out pasta and bread & exercise
