'Fiber' is basically cellulose and other stuff found in plant foods that we cannot digest. Therefore it is found in pretty much all whole plant foods, notably whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. I wouldn't say that fiber is a nutrient, as it is not absorbed/used in the body like proteins/carbohydrates/lipids, etc.
