I really want to get healthier?!
For breakfast i either have a bagel with cream cheese, or a poptart.
For lunch i usually have half an organic peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat high fiber bread, an apple, a 16oz water, and a granola bar.
I run for 45 mins when I get home (getting ready for track)
and for dinner i have a glass of milk, and a spinach wrap and fruit (today i had fresh pineapple). then i might have 300 calories of chocolate! :/
After dinner I have gymnastics for an hour.
I'm a 15 year old girl by the way. I am aware i have unhealthy foods... but is it ok?

Too many simple carbs-granola bar, bagel, bread in the wrap...EXCLUDE POPTART.Do you know how many ******* chemicals and **** are in those things?!! They don't keep you satisfied. Try oatmeal if you really like carbs- oatmeal with peanut butter and cinnamon is to DIE FOR.
Lighten up on the chocolate-thats a lot of sugar. Milk is really fattening-I know this from being a vegan for 2 years. Good luck.
Try to eat more nutrient dense foods. The 300 calories from chocolate could be spent on almonds or vegetables, the poptart or bagel could be a tofu scramble. Add black beans to your spinach wrap. Ignore the above post. Vegans/vegetarians are way healthier, but not when they live off of junk food (meat eating teens who subsist on junk food are deprived of nutrients as well). A 15 year old needs more nutrients than this, especially since you are an athlete.
i think you need to lighten up on the chocolate a bit, but other then that it all sounds good! maybe instead of all that chocolate, you chould have a chicken ceaser salad, cuz meat is also part of a nutritious and healthy diet. vegetarianism or veganism isnt a healthy lifestyle, and they end up drinking dietary supplement drinks and taking vitamins to get back the nutrients they missed out on by not eating meat.
As long as you are getting your 2000 calories, getting food from all food groups, and gettin that exercise, you should be fine
I'm a fellow teenager
it sounds like your healthy to me since you eat light meals and you work out. Be active often and you should be fine.
sounds good to me! minus the chocolate
