A couple things to consider:
1. Rice cakes may still contain gluten/wheat, so ensure that the kind you buy is listed WHEAT FREE or GLUTEN FREE. Otherwise, some wheat/gluten may have gotten into it. You can also serve the hummus with vegetables or corn chips.
2. Goat cheese is still a form of dairy. Dairy is classified as any milk from an animal. It's typically associated with cows and goats but also includes buffalo, sheep, camel, horse...you name it. To get that salty goat cheese taste, I recommend raw nuts soaked in a brine OR fermented tofu (the texture is similar to melted mozzarella and is very pungent and salty).
Otherwise, it sounds delightful.
They sound delicious, but I guess you mean you can eat goat cheese rather than cow cheese, since all cheese is obviously dairy. If you want dairy-free, substitute tofu for the goat cheese.
