hello i need some tips? :):)?!

Question: Hello i need some tips? :):)?
i am going veg again and going to also cut out milk & eggs as much as possible but still eat foods that contain them sometimes if that makes any sense & hopefully cut that out later on too but what are some staple food items & simple/fast recipies, and also how do I deal with people who are mean about it bc they always are & try to argue with me about it. Hopefully i won't go back to eating meat this time, last time stress, deaths, etc led me back to it.

you could try vegetarian meat. i like boca burgers

Soy milk, almond milk & egg replacer. There's a dairy-free alternative to just about everything these days, and your local grocery store should house a few of those items. Once you have those, you can take pretty much any recipe & exchange the milk &/or eggs for one of the alternatives. Also, if you pick up something boxed, just take a quick glance at the allergens listed. It will always tell you if there is a milk or egg ingredient.

As far as mean people go, try to just take it in stride, & not take it to heart. Cutting out meat creates a healthier lifestyle. And it settles your conscious knowing you don't partake in the ravaging of helpless creatures. Plus, the way it's processed these days, who needs all the chemical additives? If you really want a zinger, look up some facts of processing plants & meat farms. That ought to get them off your tail for a while. And if that doesn't work, just get mean about it? It's your choice & it affects no one but you.

Don't waste your time arguing with people who are not really interesting on what you have to say and just want to be rude and criticize you. No point in letting them drain the energy out of you. FInd like-minded people to make friends with can be helpful
