Chocolate hehe. Um I'm vego and I eat really simple stuff. Baked beans, fruit, pasta, cous cous. There's this food called TVP (textured vegetable protein) and it's an excellent mince substitute. It works best in lasagne. You can get it from health food stores. It's dried and pale in colour but a bit of Parisian essence and good quality pasta sauce works a treat :)

I'm a vegetarian, and since i have 100000's of recipes, here is my advice. 2 cookbook titles that are so worth it no matter what your tastebuds are like.

1)MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jamie Oliver: Cook with Jamie (the best ever!, it only has a small meat section)
2) Deborah Madison Easy Vegetarian

My favorite is baked tofu... Find some organic non-gmo extra firm tofu. I cut the tofu into cutlets, marinate the tofu for a half hour in Tamari (type of soy sauce) then bake it on 350 for 15 minutes. Comes out tasty, goes great with brown rice. Tastes great in a burrito mixed with rice and veggies.

My favorite is a vegetarian chili recipe. Yummy!

You might like veggie patties or homemade french fries with organic oil.
If you drink milk....How about malts or milk shakes?
There's also really good organic veggie chips from hawaii.
