Does he or she eat diary and/or seafood? Some vegetarians do,some do not.

Starters:
Garden Salad
Tomato Bisque
Garlic Bread
Shrimp cocktail(if eats seafood)
Sweet Potato Fries
Chips and Salsa

Main:
Eggplant Parmesan(if does not eat dairy,use cheese substitute)
Vegetable stew with sourdough bread
"Chicken" Salad(replace with Tofu)
Veggie Lasagna
Lettuce leaf wraps with veggies and/or tofu
Veg Chili
Spinach Salad with Walnuts
Veg stir fry over rice
black bean(and cheese if eat dairy) burrito
Vegetable pizza


Dessert:
Fruit Salad
Frozen Yogurt(if eats dairy)
Fruit Smoothie

I am a teenage vegetarians and love;
Starter, seafood sauce, which is vegetarian, with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and mushrooms, but you can tend to use anything. Also you could have some sort of bread with it; garlic, seeded or plain.

Main Course,
Vegetarian burgers filled with salad and mayonnaise, with home made chips seasoned and a side salad.
Or a fry up, vegetarian sausages with mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and fried bread.
Or a home made pizza with home made chips.


Desserts,
Cheesecakes, chocolate, Vanilla, strawberry...
Gateau chocolate, strawberry...
Ice creams.
proffita rolls.
Cherry pots, bowl full of cherry filling, chocolate sauce, brownies and yogurt...yumm
There are loads of deserts.....

I'm a vegetarian teenager. I would recomend veg.kitchen.com. As a suggestion you should have a soup or salad as a starter, pizza, pasta or rice for the main course and for a dessert cheese cake, pumpkin pie, brownie sundae or chocolate mousse.
