Why do I feel bad, then after I eat like 5 cheetos or other chip stuff, I feel better?!

you seem to have an imbalanced digestive system, try eating activia yogurt its actually the best one out there
The natural assumption is to suspect low blood sugar, but if cereal and yogurt (which usually contain a decent amount of sugar) aren't making you feel better and snack foods like Cheetos do make you feel better, then it's more likely low blood sodium, also called hyponatremia. Some quick checking on the web shows that fatigue, irritability and nausea are some of the symptoms of hyponatremia, but of course you should go see your doctor to find out for sure.
I'm not exactly sure, but your not alone. Im the same exact way. I'll wake up queasy and ill, eat healthy..STILL feel ill, but snack on a few treats and feel better. i always thought maybe it has to do with my blood sugar being low.
