Whats the best way to start out a vegetarian life style?!

First, you're best off at looking at what type of vegetarian you want to become, and what you want to eat. Look on websites like the Vegetarian Society or just google 'Vegetarian Lifestyle'. Then, decide how you're going to stop eating meat, either phase it out or stop altogether. Make sure you've got plenty of vegetarian meal options and recipes, and other sources of protein. Vegetarians CAN still have dairy and egg products, and options like Quorn are great and healthy Make sure that some of your favourite restaurants have something Vegetarian on the menu that you like, there's nothing more annoying than going out and being incredibly limited. Also, if you are going to avoid eating foods with gelatine in, keep an eye on the ingredients. Most of all, enjoy it, and think of all the animals you are saving!

join a message board like veggieboards.com. Ask lots of questions, get advice, read the links they give you and don't feel bad if you have a slip, it is common in the early days to succumb to temptation. Just don't use a slip as an excuse to give up your principles altogether, start again the next day and it gets easier over time.

I started out by buying a cookbook, then did some research online. I came across this website and found it had a lot of information. The emails you get if you sign up for the challenge are full of info and recipes as well

umm don't eat anything that has meat. read the ingredients to everything you buy. make sure you don't eat anything with gelatin. if you still want meat try veggie burgers, i like boca burgers. make sure you stay healthy and have enough protein and iron.
