Did I eat too much today? Is this a good diet?!
2 egg whites
1 can of mixed veggies-140 cals
1 can of veggie soup-100 cals
1 medium bag of frozen fruit-140 cals
1 apple
a couple tsp of reddi whip-5 cals/spoon
6 slices of lean deli meat(3 of them was chicken and 3 of them was turkey )
Is this a good diet? I am 5'5 and 135 pounds and rly want to get down to 120. I run on the treadmill everyday for at least 30 min-1 hour. How long before I reach my goal? Oh yeah, and i barely ever eat meat. The only time I do, is when I know I havent had protein in weeks (I have been eating basically fruits for 2 weeks now).

You're at average weight right now.You don't need to loose weight.You should think of yourself as beautiful overweight or not.You shouldn't have to lose weight.But if you keep on this diet,your body will get used to it and you won't loose any.
I only eat cereal for breakfast. i don't eat nothing for lunch. Nothing for Dinner.

AND 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY
