I can't ever get enough of baked tofu. It's hard, dense, chewy, not like the flabby blobby stuff in those white tubs. GO to a Thai supermarket and they'll have a load of different typpes of tofu and gluten. Mock duck too.
Peanuts,
Chickpeas
Fava beans ( canned, so good)
Foods that contain protein: Oatmeal, broccoli, beans (black, kidney, baked), nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, etc), Peanut butter, bagels, potatoes (skin on), soy yogurts, whole wheat breads/toast, brown rice, lima beans, spinach, sunflower seeds, peas, veggie burgers/dogs, and lentils. So here's some ideas: Make a three bean salad and keep in the refrig. to eat a cup when you come back. Put some peanutbutter on a whole wheat bagle and sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top, Eat some whole wheat speghetti, lima beans and peas together are good, Veggie burgers/dogs are easy! Hope that helped!
Peanut butter on toast with chocolate soymilk is my favorite.
Any type of beans is good.
Whole wheat bagels with nut butters.
Power or protein bars.
If you eat dairy or eggs, scrambled eggs on toast would be good, as is lowfat Greek yogurt or chocolate milk.
Perfect protein:carb ratio is 1:4 (which is why so many people recommend chocolate milk/soymilk).

Meat. Nature's source of protein. Contains all the essential amino acids in the ideal balance.
try beans or peanut butter, or straight peanuts. They have a lot or protein. I also heard Kashi cereal has as much protein as an egg!
