Well known fact that, vegetarian food is advantageous and better option than non vegetarian.
Vegetarian food is easy to digest, comparatively less fat than no veg food. Can find 'n' number of vegetables with different kind of vitamins, proteins and nutritious.
There are chances of getting heart diseases and cancer with nonveg. And there are vegetables which will help to reduce heart and other diseases.
People love eating non vegetarian because that is tastier. But fish is good for health. And Non vegetarian takes much time for digestion.



Today’s lifestyle is so busy that people normally forsake the food for that. They get so much involved in work and other routine tasks that the importance of nutritional food is lost. They eat whatever comes on their way. A vegetarian diet is actually very nutritious. There are a number of nutritious foods that can be incorporated in the vegetarian diet. The nutrition values that are present in various vegetables include calories, carbohydrate, fiber, protein, potassium, iron, and vitamins.
It is very important for your body to get the essential nutrients, so as to remain fit and fine. It is a very well known fact that “a healthy diet is the secret of a healthy life”. Different vegetables have different levels of nutritional values. Therefore, it is very important to have a healthy combination of foods in the vegetarian diet, so as to provide the body with all the essential nutrients.



veggie is aways good for our health.there is no problem of weight fearing in veggie compared with non -veg. perhaps veggie would not create any body problems for most!
ofcourse non-veg is so tasety to eat but it only for that moment otherwise it would always create problem... non vegge is not suitable for all age group.. nowadays doctors too recommending people to convert vegge.........

If you're referring to health, from personal experience and research in both diets I'd say they're close to equal presuming they are done correctly. For example, most people who eat meat do not eat the right kinds of food (hence the 50% obesity epidemic in the US/UK/Australia). On the other end, ill-informed and lazy vegetarians can still have weight problems as well as iron and other deficiencies.

What we can assume according to various recent studies is that the best diet is either vegetarian/vegan, pescetarian or a meat diet with very little meat.

Vegetarians have more advantage. We don't really get a lot of the illnesses connected to eating meat, most of our food comes from more natural products, a lot of meat product are watered down with loads of other stuff so that companies can make more money.

Plus vegetarianism helps improve skin, hair and nails quality.

The incidence of high BP, Heart disease, Obesity and high cholesterol levels is found to be greater among non-vegetarians. Elders who suffer from these problems should reduce the intake of fleshy foods in their diet. Egg-white and most varieties of fish contain less fat, but are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals.

Vegetarian or non-vegetarian, the decision depends on various factors such as cultural or dietary habits of the family, personal preference, taste and avoidance of certain foods for health reasons. Whatever the case, a well-balanced diet supplying proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals should be taken.

Non Vegetarian is better than vegetarian. You get protein from the meat and also its available in all fast food chains and restaurants with different curry's that satisfy different palates. You get more choice to eat and its healthy if taken in right proportions
