Alright so firstly prepare white sauce. Keep aside. About 2 cups
Boil 1/2 cup macaroni and keep aside.
You require 1 cup of boiled veggies ( carrots, beans, peas)
1 small boiled mashed potato - optional

Season with salt, pepper, oregano and mixed herbs.

Now mix all the ingredients except the cheese.
Garnish with cheese and bake for about 5-7 mins or until the cheese is golden brown
