What foods contain no, or little drug principle & little if any nutritional value?!

Question: What foods contain no, or little drug principle & little if any nutritional value?
For example, I've heard that "iceberg lettuce" contains no drug principle & is of little nutritional value.
Are there any others?

Sheila, that's not true-otherwise having low blood glucose would be just fine, rather than being a medical problem. Sugar provides energy in the form of calories, thus has nutritional value.

"Drug principle" sounds like something either made up or poorly translated from another language. If you are referring to nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, I'm not aware of any foods that have none whatsoever. Iceberg lettuce provides potassium, folate, calcium and vitamin K-not in large amounts, but it also contains no fat or sugar and is a tasty backdrop for other nutrtious foods.

Sugar depends on the type ie. Fructose sucrose glucose all "sugar" and end up supplying energy.Fungi contain little or no nutrition.

What exactly is drug principle? ^.-

I don't know what "drug principle" is either. Sugar is a food with no nutritional value.
