You can only have one kind of sandwich. Every sandwich ingredient known to humankind is at your immediate disposal. So, what's it gonna be? Describe your sandwich.

no thanks. i'm about to have dinner =]



Bread: quinoa and flaxseed.
Filling: half a ripe avocado, chopped and spread; a handful of baby spinach leaves (washed, of course); a pinch of iodised salt; a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.



A brekfast sandwich. A fried egg or scrambled eggs, cheese and a veggie burger. I also like grilled cheese, honey hummus falafel and creamcheese vegetable sandwiches.



Still deciding: PB&J or Redwood Sage and Onion slice with lettuce, onion, mustard, and jalape?o. Hmmm...

Thumbs down?! What you don't like Peanut Butter and Jam??



I just had my stewed vegetables with brown rice but I really don't mind having a banana with crunchy peanut butter sandwich now.



Yes I would! I am currently trying to cu down on my starches and my children are eating a great sandwich atm... uhg...
Whole wheat flaxseed bread with peanut butter, cinnamon and cut up apples... yuuuummmmm......



Veggie sandwich from scholotskys with mustard instead of ranch dressing , dark rye bread



White bread, lettuce, tomato, avacado, carrot, alfalfa sprouts...mmm



Any...as long as it's soaked in Redbull. I'm literally swaying from sleep deprivation..

A Big Thick Hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions, dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, Bacon, and cheese...

a grilled cheese with bacon mmmm sizzling nice and hot, cheese all bubbly . nice firm cuban bread all toasted, mmmmm!!! my stomach is growling thinking about
