what are the best veggies for just picking up and eating?!

Question: What are the best veggies for just picking up and eating?
stuff that takes no preparation that you can just eat by itself; I just know I'll eat more like this, haha. I get plenty of fruit in my diet because there's nothing to them but the only veggie i eat regular is carrots for this very reason

and hey if i can just throw them in the blender and make a smoothie or something then that's all the better! what are some good combinations for that?

Answers:

Baby carrots, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, radishes, cherry or grape tomatoes. Just about any veggie.

Here's how to make a green smoothie. They're really yummy and you can hardly taste the veggies. Try it. :)

Add 2 1/2 cups water and 8 leaves Romaine lettuce first.

Blend for 1 minute, longer if desired. I usually blend for 1 1/2 minutes to make sure my greens are thoroughly mixed.

Add 1-2 cups Baby Spinach. Baby spinach has a lighter taste than mature spinach (plus it blends much easier).

Blend for one minute. For a more creamier smoothie, blend for approximately 2 minutes.

Finally, add 2 bananas and peeled orange. Blend for 2 minutes until bananas and the orange is thoroughly mixed.

Apples, berries, celery, & carrots. No peeling involved, just grab & eat!

(well if you don't have baby carrots, you may have to peel those)

umm cucumbers, snap peas, celery, carots.....

Eat a steak.

sugar snap peas

green beans, peas or carrots.....
