There are variations of the word vegetarian regarding what a vegetarian can and cannot eat.

It is not the meat of an animal, but most likely the product of one as stated in another comment.
So, depending on whether or not you're okay with eating the product of an animal.

Well, if you're a vegetarian, then I really don't see the problem with having a cheese pizza. Only vegans will have to eat a special pizza.
