you could always make a fruit salad and eat it a various points in the day.
Personally, I pace myself.
I'll have an apple before lunch, an orange before dinner. A handful of blueberries, or a few strawberries. If you try and have a big bowl of a bunch of cut up fruit, you may over-eat.Just because they are healthy doesn't mean they are calorie free. And watch the sugar. Good luck! Make sure you touch all the colors of the rainbow, and dont forget to mix in your proteins.
I've change my eating habits completely. so far I have lost nearly 20 lbs.
Don't overthink it-eat a variety of different colored fruits every day, try for 3-5 servings. They are all beneficial and as long as you eat them regularly you will reap those benefits.
Portion it out throughout your day. You don't have to eat it all in one go. Remember not to eat too much citrus fruits. Too much acid.
