Question: Im hungry but don't know what to eat that's healthy?
Im hungry but my dad doesnt like to guess what i want to eat. any suggestions? healthy please.

Why does your Dad have to guess what you want to eat? Think about what sounds good and make it yourself. Do you want something hot? Would soup be good? Ramen? Spaghetti with sauce? Would you prefer something cold? Soft? Make a sandwich. Crunchy? Make a salad.



What's healthy? Ask these two questions:

1. Did this grow in nature?
2. Is it poisonous to humans?

If you answered yes to 1 and no to 2, it's healthy. You know, vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes...

- A salad with pear slices, cheese and walnuts
- A handful of any kind of nuts
- A smoothie made of yogurt and fruit
