Why does your Dad have to guess what you want to eat? Think about what sounds good and make it yourself. Do you want something hot? Would soup be good? Ramen? Spaghetti with sauce? Would you prefer something cold? Soft? Make a sandwich. Crunchy? Make a salad.
What's healthy? Ask these two questions:
1. Did this grow in nature?
2. Is it poisonous to humans?
If you answered yes to 1 and no to 2, it's healthy. You know, vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes...
