Raw spinach ALREADY contains all your essential amino acids.

Interesting question I find.

I am pretty sure that there is no combination of spinach and non-meat for protein to exist.

However Spinach and a combination of the plant sterol(plant cholesterol) found in avocados, has been found to cause the protein in blood last much longer than just eating meat to increase protein.

In the combination of legumes (beans) and corn, one can get the protein of meats value.

But you must eat more that amount than meat provides in its smaller proportionate weight per serving.

There are two other combination's that work as well.

However....No meat...no Body odor.

Though......Your toilet tissue paper bill may run rather high.

Beams, nuts, cottage cheese (if you're not vegan, obviously), seeds, hemp or flax seeds, vegan/vegetarian protein power drink, brown wild whole grain rice, tofu. :)

Tofu or nuts would do the trick. I often like to make a salad with spinach, pear slices, cheese, nuts and dressing. It's very yummy :)

nuts- almonds are good/

TOfu

Fava beans

beans, lentils, nuts, grains.( maybe raw corn..yumm)
