What are some easy recipies with oranges?!

Question: What are some easy recipies with oranges?
Nothing fancy at all, I just have an orange and want to do something with it.

Plus, what can I do with the peel? Are you able to eat them sugared?

Thanks to all who answer :-)

You can add a little orange juice to pancake or muffin batter for an orange flavor.

i dont know if this needs to be vegan or not so dont yap at me if it does ok? lol ... i just like the inside of the orange by itself,,,but with the rind you can make candied orange rinds.

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
3 large navel orange peels
dash salt
1/4 cup water
Chocolate (optional)
Superfine sugar (optional)

Carefully remove the peel from the oranges (or other citrus fruit.) Place the peel in water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Some varieties of oranges or grapefruit have a bitter tang to the peel. This bitterness can be removed by repeating the simmering step two or three times. Each simmering in fresh water leaches out the bitter taste. Navel Oranges do not have this problem so they do not need the repeated boilings.

Drain and cool the peel. Cut the peel into thin strips between 1/8 and 1/4 thick. Mix the sugar, honey and water. Drop the peel in and simmer for 20 minutes, until the syrup is clear. Cool it in the syrup. Let it sit for a few hours?until the syrup is slightly absorbed into the peel. Warm, Drain and spread in waxed paper until dry. Dip ends in melted chocolate or roll in superfine granulated sugar.
