when is the best time to eat grains?!
I've often heard that you should finish eating grains and starches by midday, but i've also heard that it slows down your digestion and makes you tired. Any suggestions?

No, you can eat grains whenever the hell you want. It doesn't slow down your digestion or make you tired.
Eat grains early in the morning so you have the rest of the day to burn them off!
