Question: Is it possible to survive on nuts and milk?
And if the answer is no, why not? o.o I just love peanuts and almonds and cashews and etc, so I was just wondering if it was possible ...

You can extract the protein from Chin nuts.



Yes, to an extent. Many nuts have essential trace elements but can also be high in fat, which is good if you are in a survival situation. Milk is also good. But, and it's a big but. Neither of these on their own will give the bulk and fibre needed for good bowel movement or the nourishment you need from a varied diet. Try using your favourite nuts in your meals, like almonds in your breakfast cereal, peanut butter sandwich for lunch and cashews in your salad at dinner. Or, snack on them when you are peckish, but remember the fat content and be careful not to choke on them.



Yes. ALmonds are very complete, so yes. YOu'd get bored with it. But technically, yes, you'd live.



It's possible but not a very practical thing to do.
