Question: What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
ok so i am kind of short and i want to be taller. I checked out some website it said i should exercise and have a proper nutritious food like lots of protein and calcium and avoid carbohydrates. carbohydreates are in food like rice, bread, cereal, etc. But i am bengali and our main food is rice so can sumone please give a daily routine of what to eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner. It should be healthy and one of them must include rice cause my mom is going to make me eat that. SO YEAH TELL ME WHAT TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER: dont forget healthy stuff that makes me taller(calcium&protein) THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!

You don't say how old you are, but even if you haven't stopped growing, height is mostly predetermined. Sure, if you don't get adequate nutrition while growing you will be shorter but we're talking to the point of worrying about survival more than eventual stature. People in that situation are happy to grow up at all, much less how short they will be.
I think if you use the computer to research this, you will find that no particular diet is going to influence your height, so you may want to direct your efforts towards learning what constitutes an overall healthy diet, so that no matter how tall or short you will have the strength, energy and intellect to overcome limitations.

4 foot, 11 inches and I can do any damn thing I want.
