I'm forcing myself to eat really healthy foods even if I don't like them...what are some veggies/fruits..?!
I'm eating Broccoli right now and I am not enjoying it whatsoever, but I know it's good for me!

Broccoli- boil it for five minutes.
Drain, add alittle butter, then salt and pepper, some garlic and a squeeze of lemon, then add grated cheese, put it in a pan and bake for 10 minutes.
THEN you may like it. It might be hard to maintain if you really hate what you're eating, so important to LIKE it.
Try green peas= frozen ones are good but NOT canned. Boil them for five minutes, then add butter and add some drained sweetcorn, a diced half onion, peeled diced apple, and a splash of soysauce- THAT is a lovley meal.
The healhtiest thing I love is baked tofu- the real Thai baked stuff, firm, chewy, dense, just soybean,
and papaya. Fresh papaya is lovely and very nutrient rich, one of the best fruit for nutrients. Squeeze lime juice on a half papaya ( peeled into slices) and add tomato slices, diced onion, chopped cilantro and some curry paste. Everything about this salad is bursting with health.
celery has no calories...some say it's the only food you can eat and loose weight!
bananas and grapes are healthy, however they are the unhealthiest fruit.
Pears are healthy, but asparagus and carrots are more healthier
OVERALL....THE HEALTHIET FRUITS ARE BLUEBERRIES AND BLACKBERRIES AND THE HEALTHIES VEGTABLE IS CELERY!
