Question: How can i get more "good fats" in my diet? what are some simple ways? :)))?
Answers:

There are so many ways;
Eat more salmon, sardines and tuna
Eat more walnuts and almonds
Eat more oats
Eat more avocado
Use extra virgin olive oil in salad dressings
Take evening primrose oil capsules
Take fish oil capsules
Take flax seed oil

Put some avocado slices on your sandwich or in your salad. Dress your salad with heart-healthy olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon juice (yum!). Grab a handful of mixed unsalted nuts for a snack.
I've also heard that starting a meal with a slice of whole grain bread drizzled with a little olive oil can not only add healthy fats but also help your appetite, so you eat less at the meal.

After I became vegan, this was something that I was extra concerned with. In addition to the other great suggestions here (i.e. nuts, avocado, olive oil), I use a lot of nut milks like almond (delish) and hemp milk which has Omega-3, Omega-6 and amino acids. I add ground flax seed to smoothies and oatmeal (http://prosciuttoandparmesan.wordpress.com/2011/02/05/apeeling-organic-on-the-go-snacks/), as well as use flax seed oil (available at Whole Foods and natural health food stores like GNC) to smoothies or use on salads/vegetables. When I'm home, I try to cook as much as possible so I can control what I'm putting into my body and ensure I'm getting enough proper nutrients. When I'm on the go, I also eat Go Raw Real Live Flax seed bars that are made of flax seed, dried fruit that are amazingly tasty and have lots of nutrients. They kind of taste like fruit leather and are sooooo good.

Hope that helps!

avocados! nuts!

there is a recipe out there to make a chocolate mousse that is vegan and made with avocado....sounds weird but SO GOOD.

Put olive oil on your food. It tastes good, is healthy and also full of good fats.
