bad points abput eating lames liver ? and red meat ?!
Answers:
Red meat is high in Saturated Fats, which can contribute to things like high cholesterol and heart disease.
Generally we only need a small portion of it in our diet to sustain protein/iron/vitamin B12.
Plus farming isn't really good for the environment- aparently livestock contributes to 1/3 of the carbon emissions we produce due to the amount of energy (water, power, etc) that goes into producing a steak.
edited- Yar I'm vego. I just answered the question which asked the bad points.
The only bad point I can come up with is taste. I'm not especially fond of liver, but some people like it. Animal organ meat is very high in iron and other nutrients. It's also a good source of cholesterol. Some vegans are having health problems with a lack of cholesterol. Your body only makes about 75% of the cholesterol that you need. If you cut out all animal products, where will the other 25% come from? I've never seen a cholesterol supplement. But I guess one more pill won't bother the veg*ns.
As for red meat, there's no downside to a healthy serving of red meat on a regular basis. As omnivores, it's our natural diet.
BTW, there's absolutely no research that shows a diet high in saturated fat affects your body's cholesterol levels.

There are no bad points.
Correlations between the various diseases that vegetarians claim are caused by meat do Not exist. It is EXCESSIVE consumption of meat that MAY increase risk factors but fresh lean meat itself does not cause anything. The Mayo Clinic, The American Heart Association, The American dietetic Association, even the American Cancer society ALL include fresh lean meat as part of their healthy food tips and shopping guides. Certainly these organizations are more credible than "vegan.org" or peta.org or "vegsoc.com".
you're a vegetarian
eating a baby lamb's liver is pretty disgusting, and why? There are many more sources of good rich iron than an internal organ from an infant .
Red meat- same point.
Eat nuts, cheese, eggs, spinach. Remember popeye?
there's only bad points when you eat them in excess, red meat if cooked well and eating it in moderate amounts, is really healthy. don't listen to the vegan propaganda they will say anything to force to become vegan
This is the vegetarian section. Vegetarians don't eat meat.
