How does this meal sound?!

Question: How does this meal sound?

Its not an elaborate one aha..i recently converted to being a vegetarian after 2 years..im starting off easy and my creativity with foods will soon come *_*..anyways its a black bean salad with ricotta cheese and a bit of olive oil with a side of sliced cucumbers on the side..it was just delicious and it filled me up so good. I used canned black beans (goya).

IMO, it doesn't sound very good. As much as I LOVE black beans, I've never cared for canned black beans, and I've never liked ricotta cheese. What else is in the black bean salad? If it's just black beans, oil, and cheese, ick--Sorry! The cucumber sounds good though, lol.

It is good! the more you got vegetable, the more healthy you are eating!! try to include as much vegetables as you can!!

I think it sounds good. :D very good. But not as good as a burger with bacon :). I could never be a vegetarian
