A question about my new Vegan diet?!
2 ) Should I count the back of the nutrition label to get the DV% or RDA? Or can I just eat/drink a variety of different foods/drinks from my diet without following the DV% or RDA? I eat 6 small meals per day. And I drink 1 cup of soy milk, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of green tea and 5 cups of water per day.

If you are a lacto vegetarian, the yogurt is fine otherwise yogurt is milk from a cow and a true vegetarian won't eat any milk products. I don't see a problem with but others do. It's your call.
What about your vegetables? Protein is a hard to source and you need to be eating lots of semi steamed greens! Broccoli and Beans and Cabbage! Also make a fruit smoothie and get at least 4tbls of protein a day!
Mix up your vegie's ... yellow and acorn squash, yams and sweet potato's, Carrots too! Get yourself a Green supplement with Spirulina and Chlorella- also high in protein. I buy liquid Vitalife Vitamins and also the liquid green so I can blend in my smoothie.
Fiber... steel cut oats, ezeikil breads, sprouts of all kinds! You should buy a book. It's not easy being vegetarian, or lacto vegetarian!
Basically vegetarians eat all day long... and since it's good food, they are still quite thin!
1. You need to eat a lot more variety than this. Also, unless it's non-dairy, Greek yogurt isn't vegan.
2. I just eat foods and don't give a sh*t about the DV or RDA. I do post some information on that on a blog of mine (http://dailyveganeats.tumblr.com) for people who want to add more protein, calcium or iron to their diet, but otherwise a well-rounded diet with plenty of food will nourish you just fine.

I'm like you - I eat a lot of small meals in a day, rather than 3 larger meals. I use this site to gauge my nutrition: http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/
I still refer to DV%, even though I eat multiple little meals.
