I'm a healthy vegetarian, and for lunch, I have:
- Cous Cous and Salad
- Hummus (On Sandwich, Pitta Bread or With Cucumber, Carrot and/or Celery Sticks)
- Pasta Salad
- Sandwiches with Quorn

If it's cold, you could bring homemade soup and bread.
I always have some salad and wholewheat bread.

And these are (according to my friends) my Veggie dinners :) x

I'm a Veggie :D

I usualley have an apple, a yogurt and a sandwich (pbj, cream cheese or cheese) if you want low carb than fruit would be good. Plums, pears, apples, mangos, bananas, peach, nectarines ect. Vegetables like cucumbers, peppers, carrots and celery and hummus is also very yummy. Hummus can also be eaten with bread or crackers. You could include a gronola or cereal bar, cheese stick, yogurt, crackers, raisins and/or apple sauce and have a main course like soup (bean, lentil, vegetable, noodle), pasta (lasagne, speghetii, ravioli, macaroni) or a sandwich like pbj, cream cheese and vegetable, hummus and vegetable, honey or nutella. All of theese can be made low carb and low fat.

Vegetarian Chili, Cus Cous, Salads, Homemade pizza ect.
