What should I add to this vegan diet?!

Question: What should I add to this vegan diet?
On a week day my diet usually goes like this:
Breakfast: Either fruits or vegan friendly cereal with soy milk
Lunch: Strawberries with either a banana or grapes with water
Dinner: I will have a very large serving of either beans, asparagus, green beans, corn, or other veggies
Other stuff: Lots of fruit juices in between. I usually eat a lot of fruit in between too.
On weekends it's basically the same except for I eat more fruit and for lunch I have a large veggie serving like I do for dinner.
On 1-10 scale how is this diet? What should I add?

Answers:

Hard to rate it unless your dinner is ONLY beans etc or a mixture of those things. But you really need to add some green leafy vegies to this diet- spinach, lettuce, kale etc. Really important to eat them as well. I'd be worried about your iron levels based on what you are presently eating. Plus you should eat more earlier in the day rather than later- it would be better to eat what you normally have at dinner for lunch instead. Strawberries and a banana is not enough to eat at lunch.

I judge it a -15.

Add some calories and a B12 pill. If this is truly all you eat every day, you're not getting enough calories or protein or iron or calcium.

My guess is you have some sort of eating disorder. Get help.

What about tofu
And you should still eat pasta and pizza sometimes

Totally vegan for many years and very fit & healthy

i would rate it an 8. what about brocolli and cauliflower some chicken for protein
