Fruits are good, fruit salad, I like to eat granny smith apples with peanut butter. You might like hot cereal, it can be very good and easy to prepare and you can experiment with different flavours by adding stuff like cinnamon, raisins, fruits or berries, vanilla, maple syrup etc. etc. I like to eat a bit of cold cereal or granola with some yogurt, but you'd have to choose a dairy free type, or you could try almond milk, soy milk or some other non-dairy milk. When you say you hate bread does that include toast? I ask because I am not a huge fan of bread, but I don't mind toast. Peanut butter and banana taste really good together and are really good for you. You can eat it with different types of bread if you like, like wraps or whatever.
Maybe you'd like Belvita breakfast biscuits? You'd have to see if they contain egg but so many things nowadays are suitable for vegetarians.

I find too many breakfast foods are sweet or contain eggs. I created a vegan version of a breakfast my mom used to make for us when we were kids and posted it on my blog: http://dailyveganeats.tumblr.com/post/29… It has no dairy, no eggs, no bread...just like you want. There's no meat...just deliciousness.
