Question: Are Twizzlers really vegan?
Peta has them listed as vegan, but has anyone emailed them about the source of the glycerin in them?

If Peta has them as vegan. Then they've contacted them already. Also Red Vines are vegan too.

Edit: What's with the thumbs down? My answer may come off as mean to some people, but I certainly don't mean it that way. So here yes twizzlers are vegan Peta wouldn't post them as vegan unless they've contacted the company about the glycerin. I've also known other people to ask the company about it as well because Peta isn't always perfect. As for the Red Vines people have contacted the company about them being vegan as well.

They are vegan, but accidentally vegan. Like Oreos!

The glycerin in Twizzlers and Red Vines is derived from a plant-based source - if you want you can check out the companies' websites. So yes, they are vegan :D I love them.
