Different non-dairy milks, which is best?!

Question: Different non-dairy milks, which is best?
I see a lot of different non-dairy milks, oat, almond, rice, hemp, soy.

Which would you say tastes the best and offers the best nutritional value?

Thanks!

Answers:

I'd say soy and almond. I've tried both. I love almond milk, but soy milk has less sugar and carbohydrates. Soy milk has more calories but less carbs/sugar. Almond milk has less calories but more carbs/sugar.
Whichever you choose, I recommend Silk. The regular soy milk kind isn't very good, so I'd recommend vanilla soy milk. Silk almond's milk is awesome in just regular flavor.

Well I personally like Silk Soymilk(:
I use Almond Breeze and Silk Almond both in cooking.
Just in general, with my cereal, in my smoothies, and other things, I use Silk Soymilk.
There's a soymilk called 8th Continent, and it's really good, just not nearly as organic or natural as any other non-dairy milks.

I'd say almond. Soy is often genetically modified and typically outsourced from China.
Rice milk is okay - it is lower in protein than almond and probably hemp.

I haven't had oat or hemp but I hear good things about both. And you should check the sugar content on all of the milks too because some are really high in sugar. I buy self-stable organic nonsweetened Pacific Almond Milk and like it.

You can easily make your own almond milk as well, with just water & almonds. There are a bunch of recipes online.

This substitute guide mentions all the options there are. My favorite is Almond Milk by Pacific.

I drink Almond Silk and I really like it. I only drink soy milk in chocolate because they sell them to take as snacks, and I like it. But I never had plain soy. I didn't like rice(and it's low in protein). I never had hemp, but I hear great things about it.

in my opinion, being vegan i eat so much tofu and soy in all the veg products that they sell that i avoid drinking it so i drink almond milk, it tastes better anyhow.

Almond Breeze in unsweetened vanilla is my favorite because it's not too thick, sweetened, or caloric

Vegan

Soy milk in my opinion has the best nutritonal value, but I enjoy almond milk more.

Almond Breeze is great in plain, vanilla and chocolate.

I think soy milk is best. It has this creamy taste. I think it's nice!! :)
