You are basically combining two "thermogenic" products.
So it is like taking speed twice.
Possible side effects
Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat)
Heart complications
Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes)
Kidney problems
Unexplained headaches and dizziness
Excessive fatigue
Loss of appetite
Restlessness, anxiety
Nausea, vomiting
Seizures
Both products are a waste of your time and money while putting your health at risk.
And with all due respect, people that provide informed researched answers in this forum have better interest at heart for the asker than the supplement peddlers hawking their unapproved products for pure profit.
I'm not a fan of big government but God I wish Congress would give the FDA the ability to ban this crap without valid clinical evidence.
Nopalina is just a fiber supplement. This question is like asking, "Is it safe to take Hydroxycut while eating?" Fiber should be in your daily meals anyway. Supplementing extra with a fiber supplement like Nopalina just means you need to drink plenty of water.
Also, some fiber supplements ask that you take no pills 1 hour before and 1 hour after taking the fiber supplement, so that's the only thing to worry about.
No one on here is qualified to answer this question formally, (unless they're physicians), consult your doctor, all it takes is a call or an appointment.
People like you is what's wrong with this country. Both of those ''dietary supplements'' are a waste of money. Oh, my God, I can only wonder what it's doing to just your liver.
Rock Chalk Thomas J Hawk. :P
I wouldn't take either of those supplements.
I'm an RN.
