I just answered one of your other questions about friends not accepting your vegetarianism. Chances are, they see what this incredibly awful "diet" is doing to you and they blame vegetarianism instead of your lack of nutrition.
Breakfast: I don't like sweet foods, so I don't eat sweet breakfast foods. There's no law that says breakfast has to be jam and toast or sugary cereal. You can eat noodles for breakfast loaded with veggies and mushrooms. You can make a savory sandwich. You can have a stir fry or pasta dish. Hell, you can have a salad or anything else you want. There is no rule on what breakfast has to be.
Lunch: a small snack is not a lunch, and I find it incredibly unrealistic that you say you cannot access your locker during your entire lunch period. Are you also saying that you can't access your locker AT ALL during the entire day? Because that's pretty damn ridiculous. And who cares if you can't access your locker? I don't have a locker and am in classes every day, sometimes for 9 hours, and I bring my lunch with me in my backpack. Yep, I carry it around with me. You have no excuse.
Dinner: not only are you not eating enough calories, but you're not eating enough nutrition in general.
Honestly, this sounds like you have an eating disorder and you're coming up with excuses to accommodate it. Let's get one thing straight: you are not eating enough calories to maintain life. You will DIE if you continue to eat this way. You will lose your hair, watch your skin crack and change in color, weaken, lose the ability to focus and think, collapse frequently and eventually die. You need to eat. Food is not OPTIONAL. You will die without it. End of story. There is a reason we eat...to live.
As for cooking, if you have a locker you're at least in middle school. I've been cooking since I was 4. If my 4 year-old butt can cook, you have no excuse. Suck at it? Buy a cookbook. No money? Look up recipes online for free. In fact, here are some of mine: http://dailyveganeats.tumblr.com
With those additional details, I'd refer you back to my answer to your previous asking of this question, with special emphasis on "you're not trying hard enough."
LEARN to like breakfast food.
LEARN to like fruit.
LEARN how to cook. It's not that hard. If I can do it, anyone can.
Otherwise, if you can't at least try to do those things, just do yourself a huge favour and stop trying to be a vegetarian. Eat whatever you like, avoid everything you hate, and take a bunch of pills to make up the difference.
EDIT: Listen, I'm LEARNING to like mushrooms. I hadn't eaten any for well over 30 years, because I couldn't even bear the thought of them. I must have eaten some really bad ones in my teens or something. Well, anyhoo, I'd been thinking about it for a while, and I finally got up the courage to put some in a stir-fry yesterday. They don't have much taste (which might be a really GOOD thing), and I didn't really like the texture at all, but at least I didn't throw up - which is a major step forward. I'll keep trying. My point is, if I can do that with [yuk!] mushrooms, you can do that with [yum!] fruit.
Ultimately, it's YOUR health and YOUR life, so it's YOUR choice. Do you want to be healthy or do you want to be sick? If you want to be sick, keep doing what you're doing.
No. You are receiving probably 1/10th of the nutrients that your body needs to be at it's peak. If you are lucky.
You need to get over your fear of fruit and veg.
Cooking is easy, trust me, if I can do it a brain damaged chimpanzee could do it ;)
If you're trying to starve yourself and eventually end up in the hospital then yes you are eating perfectly.
Vegetarianism is about more than just not eating meat. You have to eat healthy as well.
vegan :D
That is TERRIBLE! So you are basically consuming under 500 calories a day. Multiply what you are eating by 4 and maybe you will get enough! I can't believe your parents allow this.
No, you're not eating enough food. You're not getting enough calories. You're not getting the nutrients you need.
Congratulations on becoming vegetarian, BTW!
