Why do people keep eating at Mc Donalds if they know it is bad for them?!?!
Answers:
lol who knows...
People do a lot of things that are bad for them. Every behavior has a function, so you would need to ask eat individual the purpose of their behavior. You would probably get as many different answers as people you asked.
Some main reasons may be...
1) Many people live in the present. They refuse to believe that anything terrible can happen to them. They are the people who believe bad stuff happens to other people, not them. Some people just cannot fathom that something bad may happen to them in the future.
2) Some people are in denial. This sort of goes with the above reason. They don't think anything bad can happen, and if it does they will deal with it when it gets here. Denial can also be the flat out refusal to believe the truth, even if the facts are right there. The people that believe fast food does not cause any ill effects.
3)Some people do not care. This also can relate to the above, as some of these people can care, but since it is in the future, they will not worry about it. It's like smokers, they know it can cause cancer, but some talk about dealing with the consequences when they are older.
4)For some it is an addiction. Junk food can be very addicting, and draw people to eat it. Food is used for more than nutrition, and many people use it for comfort. Big business works hard to get people hooked at early ages. People who have been eating junk from the time they were small may seek it as an adult to bring back childhood memories. I can remember eating McDonald's as a kid, and playing in the ball pit. It brings back happy memories, which is what the company wants. When you eat there as an adult, those same memories and feelings come back.
There are many more reasons, but you would have to ask the individual. There is no one reason.
Because they are addicts. Just like a drug addict they must have junky food like that or meat or cheese or whatever. When you talk with some of these people they get angry and defensive as a drug addict would do. Many of them won't accept the fact they are addicts like a drug addict would do. I used to eat that garbage so many years ago and finally I just had to give it up and this was well before I ever thought about going even just vegetarian.
McDonalds makes a drug that probably harms more beings then heroin or crack/cocaine or any of those hard drugs could ever do. It gets into the kids in then they become unhealthy and sick but they get addicted as well because of the prizes and toys and fun colors and such that McDonalds and other fast food chains uses to get kids hooked.
Plus with the subsidies that fast food and junk food and animal products get, it is much cheaper to eat that stuff. It is not because vegan food is more expensive normally without any subsidizing of any food industries it is because of the subsidies that vegan food seems more expensive. You took all that stuff away and vegan food would be a whole heck of a lot cheaper (and in some cases at least with bulk legumes and such is already pretty cheap) and meat and animal products would be much more expensive.
You can either grow 3 large fields of vegetables that can feed a lot of people or you can take one of those fields turn it into an industrial feed lot, take the other field and grow food for the animals which you had to breed to get and then the last field which is probably much smaller now, can feed a whole lot less people. Not of course mentioning it is a lot cheaper and ecologically sound to simply grow and harvest vegetables then to do that plus breed and torture animals and all the extra processes it takes to kill them and package them. Plus all the waste and pollutants used to make the animals or that come from the animals it is just worse getting worser. Even the so called "humane" or "free-range" facilities are horrible both to the animals and the planet.

vegan because animals are not property
Two things come to mind: They don't think it's bad for them at all and they find it convenient (it is fast food after all), familiar and satisfying.
And to say brainwashed is ridiculous. McDonald's has never made any deceptive or misleading health claims about their "traditional" fare (burger, fries, shake). All their ads emphasize taste not health benefits. Ad they are offering a product that people want. However, it is much easier to blame McDonald's rather than blame oneself.
It's surprisingly difficult to UN-brainwash somebody, particularly when there is a junkfood commercial to reinforce the programming during every ad-break on tv, and most of them are for McPuke. It's also hard to break an addiction, in this case an addiction to "foods" with high salt, high sugar, high saturated fat, high cholesterol and little nutritional value. It doesn't help, either, that McPuke "foods" are artificially cheap.
It's cheap, it's convenient (they're all over the damn place), people like the taste, I guess, and they're addicted.
And yes, it's an addiction. During his 30-day McDonald's diet, Morgan Spurlock became addicted. He later wrote of waiting for his next "dose" or "fix". If you watch "Super Size Me", you see what happens after eating this stuff.
It's not just McDonald's. It's any restaurant that doesn't offer a good selection of healthy choices. People that eat it on a regular basis most likely do not eat well at home either. It's a lifestyle choice.
...what's bad for them ? (and) who are "them"...?
...two all beef pattys, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sessimee seed bun !
who says it bad for you.
everything in moderation..
They don't care or pride themselves on their ignorance and lack of education.
Because not everyone can afford healthy food.
Well I don't think they're that bad for you. Fast food joints get you your food quickly (as the name implies).
It's cheap and fast, and their fries are good.
Honestly, healthy food is more expensive.
I dunno, why do phags keep boning each other up the @$$ when they know it gives them AIDS?
BEcause it is right there in front of you, drive through, ready to eat.
People don't think- they're sheep.
They are really dilicious and cheap.
