Did I consume too much for breakfast?!

Question: Did I consume too much for breakfast?
I always worry about eating toooo much or the wrong things. i eat healthy overall, except for a few days here and there where i splurge and feel guilty about it. I weigh around 120, i fluctuate between 118-123, i'm a little more than 5'5", and i run almost everyday.
I had a sunny-side up egg, two pieces of whole wheat toast, a fruit cup, and 2 cups of coffee
-.-
what can i eat the rest of the day to balance out my nutrition?
THANK YOU!

Answers:

There's nothing wrong with two cups of coffee (as long as you took it black...no added milk or sugars), and quite frankly this is hardly a "splurge."

For the rest of the day, eat similarly: whole grains, protein, fruit...and add in vegetables.

You're breakfast was perfectly fine and you're weight is perfectly healthy.
Just make sure you're not consuming too many carbs. That's a lot of carbs in your breakfast, so slow down on them later in the day. You can have a couple whole grains, but avoid too many breads or starchy vegetables. Apples and bananas have a lot of carbs on them also.

let loose eating like that doesn't help you loose weight trust me i know... i weigh 119 and yes a i do eat healthy but not all day i'm not going to lie i eat whatever in front of me it's just that when you eat you have to work out more to make it not show up on you.

That's a good start. Eat low glycemic carbs ( fruits and veggies ) for lunch with low fat protein and a dinner salad with fish and olive oil in the dressing

Cut the carbs in half. So, have one piece of toast and 1/2 a cup of fuit. Sounds good otherwise! Good luck!
