Did I eat too much for breakfast ?!


Question: Did I eat too much for breakfast ?
I always worry about eating toooo much or the wrong things. i eat healthy overall, except for a few days here and there where i splurge and feel guilty about it. I weigh around 120, i fluctuate between 118-123, i'm a little more than 5'5", and i run almost everyday.
I had a sunny-side up egg, two pieces of whole wheat toast, a fruit cup, and 2 cups of coffee

what can i eat the rest of the day to balance out my nutrition?

you are not unhealthy or fat aslong as you feel awake and alive and healthy but if you feel bloated full and sick all day, maybe have a smaller portion like one bowl of cereal, just try to have one piece of toast with you egg in the morning. to keep you full of energy throughout the morning take a homemade smoothie to work or school in a flask. if you are over the average weight then you may want to think about cutting down on portion size but dont diet or starve yourself as this this will put your body into starvation mode and will force your body to store up fat and save rather than using the energy or passing it through. dont have to much sugar as this will give you a sugar rush and you will crave more, it is great that you run and stay healthy.dont feel guilty about having the occasional treat as you deserve it. good luck.



well from your picture and what you said you dont sound fat or anything if thats what you are worried about.

The breakfast sounded healthy. The two cups of coffee depending on how big it was, amount of sugar and creamer is the only thing that is not so healthy. Besides it makes you crash.

You could try a cup of soy milk instead :P/ I would not drink any more coffee or make it a daily habit though.

Well for the rest of your meals you need to get all of your nutrition.

For lunch why not have something like some rice and vegetables.

Make sure you get in all your nutrition.

There is a book Called The China Studies by Cambell and then the Skinny ***** books that give lots of great ideas.



That's a normal amount of breakfast. You're not fat, don't worry about eating too much. Plus you're a runner, your body needs fuel. Remember even if u look fit on the outside if you're not eating enough your heart and other organs are suffering and u could have a heart attack while running.



That isnt too much you need a big breakfest to start you up for the day if your worried about it you could cut down on the coffee or just have a small lunch to balance it out.



The biggest meal of the day should be breakfast. After that eat consistently smaller amounts.
