Is soy milk okay to drink?!

Question: Is soy milk okay to drink?
I've read a lot of things saying that soy milk causes infertility in women or causes breast cancer. I'm 15 and I've been drinking a lot of it lately and I need to know if these things are true or if it is healthy.
Thanks.

Just like any other food, it's perfectly healthy in moderation.
It's only "dangerous" (not the greatest for you) when you consume is excessively. Limit yourself to 2-3 glasses a day.

Yes, soy milk is good for you, but make sure you buy organic and non-GMO. That is the healthiest kind of soy milk. If you're still worried and looking for other alternatives, there's hemp milk, coconut milk (though it has more saturated fats), rice milk etc.

Oh, in Japan, that's known as a healthy drink. (By the way, I can't stand that soy milk stuff.)

I like the dried layer of protein that floats in soy milk when you heat it up. It's called yuba and we use that for cooking. That's one tasty stuff.

It's healthy. As for raising estrogen...well, many meat eating men eat a lot more soy than what they realize, so fertility isn't a problem...

I don't drink it just because I don't like it.

for men the only ill side effect is that it may raise your estrogen level which may cause sore nipples

No. I drink soy. It's good for you

It's good for u I'm 15 too and I plan on not drinking the real milk soy is better for yu
